The following standard cancellation fees apply:

• Hikers are permitted to change their trekking date once only, subject to availability.
• The date change must be requested in advance ( 60 days +) and confirmed by Trekking Africa.
• After the one allowed date change has been used, the booking becomes strictly non-refundable

Standard R500 admin fee applies to all cancelled orders.
